Oral Presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each presenter will be allocated 18 minutes<\/strong>. (Moderators may change this if there are absences or more than 5 presentations in a session. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • Please strictly adhere to the time limit<\/strong> to ensure a smooth program schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Presentation Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Prepare slides using clear and readable fonts (minimum 24 pt recommended<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use concise bullet points<\/strong> and avoid excessive text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Emphasize key findings, visuals, and take-home messages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recommended number of slides: 10\u201312 slides<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Please bring your presentation on a USB drive (PowerPoint or PDF format recommended) and arrive at your assigned room at least 5 minutes before your session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The session coordinator will be available to assist you in uploading your presentation to the conference laptop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Check compatibility (fonts, videos, animations) in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Landscape (preferred):<\/strong> better for flow and readability <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Portrait: acceptable but less common<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Please use PowerPoint or another poster design tool to create your poster. There is no fixed template, hence be creative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            Poster Printing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            All presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters<\/strong> to the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Please note that on-site printing services will not be available<\/strong>, so ensure your poster is printed in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Poster Presentation Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Please bring your printed poster and hang it in the designated display area on May 18 during the reception hours<\/strong>. There will be people to guide and help you hang the posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the assigned session time to engage with attendees and answer questions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            Poster Formatting Guidelines <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Please use clear, easy-to-read fonts<\/strong> (e.g., Arial, Calibri, Helvetica, or similar sans-serif styles).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The minimum font size must not be smaller than 12 pt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Recommended sizes for better visibility:\n

              • Title: 85\u2013110 pt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Section headings: 40\u201355 pt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Body text: 20\u201328 pt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • All content should be readable from a distance of at least 4\u20136 feet<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Organize content into clear sections<\/strong> (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Maintain a logical reading flow<\/strong> (left-to-right or top-to-bottom).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Use columns (3\u20134 recommended)<\/strong> for better structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Use adequate white space (blank space)<\/strong> to avoid clutter and improve readability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Avoid overcrowding content\u2014less is more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Align elements consistently to create a clean, professional appearance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Use a simple, consistent color scheme<\/strong> with high contrast between text and background. Avoid overly bright or distracting colors. Ensure all text is clearly visible against the background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Use bullet points instead of long paragraphs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Highlight key findings and takeaways clearly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Keep text concise and focused on essential information.
