Please register by April 20, 2026, to help us better plan the meeting. Late or onsite registration is also available at an additional cost after April 20, 2026.

The registration fees to attend the 2026 ISFRE and WFE Joint meeting are as follows-

  • Standard Rate:                   $500.00             ($600.00 after April 20, 2026)
  • Student Rate:                     $250.00           ($350.00 after April 20, 2026)
  • Tour Rate:                           $50.00

The registration fee includes light refreshments at the May 18 reception and buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and AM and PM refreshments on May 19 and 20. The tour fee includes transportation and light refreshments.

Please submit your abstract by February 28, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Upon request for cancellation before April 20, 2026, a full refund will be provided. After April 20, 2026, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued after May 17, 2026.
